Totals, stated plainly

The base license-plate contract (PO 24P0294) reached $408,249.94 after its three change orders. Adding the four further awards as written — $66,600 (SRO cameras), $291,000 (more ALPR), $500,000 (drones, year one), and $348,700 (camera renewal) — gives $1,614,549.94 in purchase orders documented here.

This sum reflects the amounts written on the orders. It is not the same as the full multi-year contract ceilings, which are larger: the drone program alone carries a three-year total of $1,500,000, and the SRO camera contract a two-year total of $130,200.

How these copies were prepared

These are City of Aurora purchasing records, released under CORA. Before publication, each file was processed so that the copy here carries no hidden personal data, while the public content of the record is preserved:

  • Metadata stripped. All document metadata was removed from every file — author names, internal working file names, and authoring-software fingerprints that several of the originals carried. The published files contain no such metadata.
  • One direct line redacted. A single direct vendor phone number that appeared in Change Order 4 was blacked out, consistent with the City custodian's own redaction of direct numbers elsewhere in the set.
  • Public content retained. The names, titles, government email addresses, and office phone lines of the public officials and vendor representatives who signed or are named on these contracts are left intact, because they are part of the public record. Where the City had already redacted information, that redaction remains.
  • Hashes identify this site's copies. Because the files were processed as above, each SHA-256 above identifies the copy published here, not the raw file as received.

Verified before publication: the files contain no requester information. If you believe any personal information remains in a published file, please flag it and it will be addressed.
